Chantilly Cream Dessert Shop Cafe is my newest favorite find in Greene County! Owner, Julie Jenschke, fell in love with baking at the young age of 5, when she would eagerly assist her mother in the kitchen on a table her father had built for her. That love never ceased and Julie decided to open her very own bakery in Fairborn, OH in 1992. There is a wonderful write up in the Fairborn Daily Herald that speaks of her dedication and passion.

What I really like about Chantilly Cream is that while desserts are their specialty (and main reason for first opening), they also serve an amazing array of soups and sandwiches as well… all just as creative and delicious as their sweets.

What I really LOVE about Chantilly Cream is the fact that they also serve gluten free products! While I don’t personally suffer from Celiac disease, I know folks that do and I think it is wonderful that a local shop like this makes an effort to care for all the members of their community.

Love Chantilly. Julie and Jennifer prepare the most delicious meals. The food is made fresh every day. Their desserts are great and are made from scratch. Cakes, cookies, pies oh my! Love the daily soups and sandwiches and on Wednesday evening you can get and enjoy a homemade meal. Each Wednesday is a different entree. Love it!!
